The Pendo dashboard allows for you to view every property, the specific details for each property and it’s current rental status, making sure you won’t miss any rent payment.
Pendo even includes an Automated Bank Transaction Imports that allows income and expenses to be updated automatically. The built in finances trackers make quarterly and year ends breezy, with financial statements ready at your fingertips. Landlords are able to filter by distinct unit or total portfolio, and the reports can be exported to Excel or Numbers, which is sure to make any account happy!
