Pendro was first introduced in 2013 as Pendo Rent, a company that partnered with landlords to help actively grow and manage their real estate investment. Pendo Rent focused on maximizing their landlord’s cash flow with their financial-oriented property management tools.

In Fall of 2015, Pendo Rent was released as a new brand simply called Pendo. The new launch included significant enhancements to existing management features, as well as the introduction of major features such as Online Rental Applications and Digital Lease Agreement.

Collecting and completing applications and leases are a snap with Pendo.  Tenants are able to enter their own info, sign and submit their rental application. Likewise, leases are also as quick and simple to complete. Move in inspections can be managed with ease within Pendo’s management dashboard. Add individual rooms then take notes and pictures during the inspection. Once the inspection is completed with both parties signing off, Pendo can provided both parties with completed paperwork for their own personal records. This also makes the move out inspection a cinch as the move in inspection is quick to locate within Pendo dashboard.

The Pendo dashboard monitors everything from Overdue Rent, Upcoming Vacancies and Expiring Leases. The Pendo dashboard allows for you to view every property, the specific details for each property and it’s current rental status, making sure you won’t miss any rent payment.

Pendo even includes an Automated Bank Transaction Imports that allows income and expenses to be updated automatically. The built in finances trackers make quarterly and year ends breezy, with financial statements ready at your fingertips.
